How to Book - a step by step guide to booking
your holiday
If you need advice
on where to book your holiday, our resort specialist can provide you with

looking for your holiday destination by choosing the type of resort you'd like

Checking availability
Once you have
decided which apartment/hotel you would like to
visit, the next stage is to check
availability by either:
- calling us (0207) 584 2841 to speak to one of our sales staff who can check
availability and take your booking
or
-checking availability here. If you require additional services
and/or tailor-made travel , please call us instead.
Traveling to the Alps
As a self-drive
specialist, our prices include a ferry crossing for one vehicle, or a
Eurotunnel crossing at a supplement of £15. Please note: Eurotunnel crossings
may be subject to a supplement if vehicle is over 1.83m high. We are more than
happy, however, to book flights or trains for you (subject to availability and
booking schedules) - please see our travel pages or call our office for a
quotation.
If you wish to book accommodation only and make your own travel arrangements,
please deduct £250 from the price per apartment for weeks between 20/07 -
30/08, or week beginning 1/6. Please deduct £150 from the price per apartment for
departures up until 19/07 and from 31/08 until the end of the season.
Confirming your booking
Once you have
made your booking over the telephone or using our
online reservation system, we require a deposit of
25% of your total holiday cost. You must pay this by Visa, Access or Switch and
then (in the case of telephone bookings) send us the booking form to arrive at the office no later than 4 days
later. (You can download a booking form here) Should you wish to pay by cheque please provide us with a valid credit or
debit card number to guarantee the booking. If we do not receive your cheque
within 4 days, we reserve the right to debit the card as per our booking
conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the deposit and
booking form is not received within this period. All payments by credit card
(not Switch or Delta) are subject to a 1% surcharge. Written confirmation will
then be sent to you.
Additional Services
If you are not sure
which extra services you require at your time of booking, we will be happy to
confirm just your apartment and/or travel to give you time to decide on extra
services (ski and boot hire, insurance etc.). You can order these on our booking
form, which you will find in the back of the brochure or here.
Payment of the Balance
This is payable
no later than 8 weeks before departure, which you can do by phone, e-mail or
cheque (please provide your reference number on all correspondence). You will
not be sent a reminder for this and we reserve the right to cancel your holiday
if payment is not received.2
Tickets
Approximately 2 weeks before
you travel, we will send to you your tickets, accommodation vouchers, a map and
detailed information on your resort and apartment/hotel.
